Enquiry and Fixed Quote
You describe what you need and we return a written quote covering the full scope, so there is a fixed figure before anything is scheduled.
Design and Build
A named designer works from an agreed structure and set of pages, sending drafts for comment at fixed points rather than disappearing until the end.
Review, Handover and Support
The finished build is checked against the brief and tested across browsers before handover; any adjustment requested within the following 30 days is made without a separate invoice.
Our commitment
If you attend every session of a course and complete the set work but feel you haven't reached a reasonable standard for that course, we'll offer one additional mentoring session at no charge to close the gap. This doesn't cover missed sessions or work that wasn't submitted, and each case is discussed individually before anything is arranged.

Before you book
How do I book a project with the studio?
Get in touch through the contact form with a short description of what you need; we reply with either a follow-up question or a written quote, usually within two working days.
How is the price worked out, and can it change once work starts?
We quote a fixed price based on the scope you describe at enquiry stage. If the brief genuinely changes partway through, such as adding a section that wasn't discussed, we agree any adjustment in writing before doing the extra work; the original quote never moves on its own.
When is payment due?
Payment is due on completion, once the site is reviewed and handed over. We accept bank transfer or cash paid directly at the final handover meeting.
What happens if I need to cancel or postpone a booked project?
Let us know as early as possible. Cancelling before design work begins carries no charge beyond any hours already spent on the brief; postponing simply moves your slot to the next available date.
